From early January through mid-April: the same, with highs eventually increasing to the mid-50s and lows to the mid-40s. Snow in higher elevations will taper off in mid-March.

Hey, what do you expect? You live in Seattle. It's pretty much the same year round, isn't it? Maybe slight temperature variation winter to summer.
It's been hot and sunny here this week, but really WINDY today.
